  • What time are check-in and check-out? chevron-down icon

    Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Do you have a reception desk? chevron-down icon

    Yes, our reception is located in Unit 103, which you can access from the exterior of the building. During our office hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, the door is unlocked—if you need anything, come see us or simply give us a call at 1.833.301.7178 or 250.882.7178. If you have any service-related emergencies outside of front desk hours, please give us a call at 250.588.4400. Dial 911 for all other emergencies.

  • Is there a restaurant on site? chevron-down icon

    While we do not have a restaurant on site, each room is equipped with a full-sized gourmet kitchen, so you can cook delicious meals right in your room. If you are wanting a break from cooking, there are several great restaurants within a 10-minute walk down Goldstream Avenue.

  • Does SoLo Suites have a conference room? chevron-down icon

    Sorry, there are no meeting or conference rooms at the hotel.

  • How much does parking cost? chevron-down icon

    Parking is included in your room rate. We have two sizable lots: one off Goldstream Avenue and the second off Grainger Avenue. The stalls are unassigned, so you can park wherever there is space. We share our Grainger parking lot with the neighbouring building, The Waverly—please only park in the yellow-marked spaces in this lot.

  • How do I book accommodations? chevron-down icon

    To book one of our suites, you can use our online booking system. We use a secure SSL certificate to encrypt all information, so all bookings made on our site are secured by a third party. Payment is due at time of booking for short-term stays. For long-term stays or corporate bookings, please contact us and ask to speak with management. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note, a credit card is required to secure your booking—we are unable to accept cash or debit cards.

  • Do you offer special rates? chevron-down icon

    Yes, we offer CAA/AAA and Government rates. If you qualify for these rates, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist with your reservation.

  • Are there discounts for long-term stays? chevron-down icon

    Yes, we offer discounted weekly and monthly rates. Please contact us for more information. You can also read more on our extended stays page.

  • Are your suites pet-friendly? chevron-down icon

    Some of our rooms are pet-friendly—please ensure you are booking one of these suites if you are travelling with a pet. A daily fee applies.

  • Do you have shuttle service? chevron-down icon

    SoLo Suites does not offer a shuttle service, but BC Transit offers bus service into downtown Victoria. The bus stops across the street and the bus service into Langford stops less than half a block away. Taxi service and Uber are easily accessible and if you are driving, there is lots of parking at no additional cost.

  • Is there daily housekeeping? chevron-down icon

    For weekly and monthly stays, weekly housekeeping is included as part of your room fees after the first three days. If you would like to add daily room cleaning services to any part of your stay, no matter how long your reservation is for, you can do so for a small fee. For a studio, the rate is $30/day; for a one bedroom suite, the rate is $45/day; for a two bedroom suite, the rate is $60/day.

  • Can I smoke inside the suites? chevron-down icon

    Smoking in individual rooms is not permitted. We do, however, have a designated outdoor smoking location—you can smoke on the rooftop balcony on the sixth floor.

  • Is the building accessible? chevron-down icon

    Yes! We have one accessible suite on the main floor. This unit features an entrance ramp and roll-in shower stall. In addition, there is elevator access to all six floors of the hotel.
